Hosted by New Harvest on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton, 29+ stakeholders from academia, industry, consulting, and non-profits came together to discuss the future of Canada's cellular agriculture ecosystem. Building on the foundational vision established at the inaugural 2023 meeting, this workshop focused on translating broad ambitions into a blueprint for national leadership in cellular agriculture and identifying short-term priorities to implement it.
